Strength Only 4th-7th
Learn proper technique and build a strong, balanced body. This class focuses on developing full-body strength, improving posture, and increasing muscular control and endurance — all in a safe, age-appropriate environment.
Power Only 4th-7th
Whether you're looking to build a solid foundation or take your performance to the next level, we’ve got you covered. Speed. Explosiveness. Domination. This class is all about fast-twitch movement, quick reaction time, and building the kind of power that translates directly to sports performance and overall athleticism.

Strength Training Group
This strength training group fitness class is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and increase overall strength. In this class, participants use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to target different muscle groups.

10 class punch pass! Expires after 90 days! Classes available will vary monthly!
Strength Training Auto-Renew
This is a recurring group fitness membership for our die hard members. This membership will AUTOMATICALLY renew month to month so you don't have to stress about getting signed up when the new month rolls around. You can cancel this membership any time however, cancelations must be done 5 days prior to the new month to ensure no additional chargers!

Accountability Partner Package
Available to ONE CRHC employees plus a non CRHC employee. Accountability partner must be accompanied by CRHC employee. This individual must be registered by wellness staff and complete a gym walkthrough prior to gym usage. Payment will be the responsibility of the CRHC employee. Access will be granted upon successful payment of facility fees. Accessible hours will be from 6:00pm to 7:00am Monday-Friday and 24-hour access on Saturday-Sunday.
Single CRHC Employee Gym Membership
