Starts FEBRUARY 4th! This strength training group fitness class is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and increase overall strength. In this class, participants use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to target different muscle groups.
